About the Job

Well established precision sheet metal manufacturer is now accepting applications for 1st and 2nd shift punch operators. This is an opportunity for the right person to join a dynamic team focusing on quality and performance to exceed our customers’ expectations. This individual must have experience with Amada punches , the ability to read blueprints, understand G Code, understand die clearances, and maintain the equipment and tooling. The job responsibility will include a drive for continuous improvement in quality and the ability to meet demanding schedules.

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of punch equipment, programs, and tooling. (Amada Equipment)
• Ability to read and interpret complex drawings.
• 3 years of experience in precision sheet metal manufacturing.
• Ability to read calipers and verify part quality.
• High School diploma or G.E.D required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Your own tools are required.
• Drug screen administered as a condition of employment.
