Hybrid HR Business Partner: Leave & Compliance

Brinks Home seeks an Associate HR Business Partner to support leaves of absence, workers’ compensation, unemployment claims, and employee relations under the Director of HR. This hybrid role reports to the Farmer's Branch, TX office and aims to build a strong compliance foundation while growing into a broader HRBP function.
Responsibilities include serving as a first HR contact for managers, supporting policy and HR programs, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
