Lead One of West Texas' Largest Mission-Critical Data Center Projects

Are you an experienced Electrical Project / Construction Manager ready to lead a large-scale Data Center project from startup through commissioning?

We're hiring an experienced leader to oversee all phases of electrical construction on a high-profile mission-critical Data Center in West Texas. This is an opportunity to manage a complex, multi-million-dollar project while working alongside experienced construction professionals on one of the industry's fastest-growing markets.

What You Will Do

Lead overall project execution from startup through turnover
Manage project schedules, staffing plans, procurement strategies, and subcontractors
Oversee project financial performance, forecasting, and cost controls
Develop and execute project delivery strategies
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
Lead project risk management, change management, and issue resolution
Ensure quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved
Oversee commissioning activities and project closeout

What You Bring

8+ years of electrical construction management experience
Experience managing electrical construction projects exceeding $20M
Data Center, Mission Critical, Industrial, or EPC construction experience
Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, procurement, and project controls
Experience with forecasting, subcontractor management, and project execution
Proven leadership, client relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience

PMP Certification
Electrical Engineering degree
Experience with large-scale electrical infrastructure projects
