Senior Originator, Real Estate Credit & Development
ORIX USA
Orix Corporation USA’s Infrastructure & Public Finance group is seeking an experienced originator to source high-yield private credit investments. The candidate will focus on securing land development investment opportunities primarily in Texas and the US Sunbelt states. Key responsibilities include leading the sourcing and closing of high-yield debt opportunities, leveraging risk underwriting expertise, and expanding relationships with real estate developers.
