Area Manager — Commercial Roofing & Exteriors

At Adair Contractors, we’re growing fast and looking for an experienced Area Manager to help lead field operations across multiple commercial roofing and exterior projects. We’re looking for someone who can lead crews, solve problems in real time, hold teams accountable, and keep projects moving safely and efficiently. What You’ll Do Lead and manage multiple commercial job sites Oversee superintendent performance and field accountability Ensure projects stay on schedule, on budget, and up to quality standards Enforce safety compliance and company procedures Coordinate with operations, project managers, and leadership teams Support manpower planning, scheduling, and field logistics Build strong relationships with crews, subcontractors, and GCs Troubleshoot issues before they become bigger problems What We’re Looking For Commercial roofing/construction leadership experience Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to lead teams and make decisions under pressure Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously OSHA/safety knowledge strongly preferred Spanish-speaking is a major plus Willingness to travel as needed Why Adair?
