About the Opportunity

Our organization is expanding its Emergency Medicine services in Oklahoma and is looking for Emergency Medicine Physicians to become part of our independent, physician-owned group. This role allows physicians to work in a community-focused emergency department, supported by a strong team of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), with a flexible schedule and attractive compensation.

We encourage applications from physicians trained in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine who possess relevant experience in emergency care.

Position Highlights

• Independent Contractor (1099) status
• 140-bed community hospital
• 12-bed Emergency Department
• 12-hour shifts for physicians, with 12 hours of APP coverage each day
• Approximately 21,000 annual Emergency Department visits (~55 patients/day, ~1.5 patients/hour)
• Utilization of Epic EMR
• Supportive atmosphere promoting autonomy and physician-led decision-making

Qualifications

• MD/DO with ABEM, ABFM, or ABIM certification and experience in Emergency Medicine
• Eligibility for an Oklahoma medical license
• Dedication to providing high-quality, efficient, and compassionate patient care
