What You’ll Do

Safely and skillfully install Christmas lights on residential and commercial properties.
Prep for daily routes, loading and unloading materials onto trucks in an organized way
Carry and climb ladders, rooflines, and elevated surfaces (heights don’t scare you — or at least you don’t let them win)
Help troubleshoot light electrical and bulb issues to keep displays shining all season
Represent our motto: Be the light — in your work, your attitude, and interactions with people
Get trained on everything you need to know

Requirements:

Valid, legal driver's license required
Comfortable working at heights (ladders and rooftops)
Able to lift 40+ lbs and work outdoors in cold or wet conditions
Reliable transportation to job sites or staging location
Own your own truck? Thats a plus and pays a higher rate
A willingness to learn — prior experience in landscaping, construction, roofing, or similar outdoor labor is a plus but not required we will train you
A mindset that matches our philosophy: leave it better than you found it
