A clinical pharmacist opportunity is available in Dallas, TX, offering a contract-to-hire arrangement. This role emphasizes direct patient care through clinical management while also involving periods of rotation in production settings. The position provides a structured yet dynamic schedule with defined on-call responsibilities.


Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• On-call rotation schedule shifts hours to 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• On-call duties occur every 7th weekend and approximately 3 weekday times per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical management of patients, ensuring safe and effective medication use
• Participate in production rotation to support pharmacy operations as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• Possession of a valid Texas Pharmacist License is mandatory
• IV Certification required, with demonstrated infusion experience
• Willingness and ability to obtain an Oklahoma Pharmacist License within six months of hire
• Prior infusion experience critical for success in patient care and clinical decision-making
