BACK OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Overview We are hiring immediately for a full-time Back of House Lead Supervisor located at Mars - 3500 Peerless Road Northwest, Cleveland, Tennessee 37312. Online applications are accepted only. Schedule: Full time; Monday through Friday, 7:00 pm to 3:30 am. Responsibilities Supervise hourly associates to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Assist in ordering and maintaining inventory of products. Maintain product cost and labor cost according to budget. Train hourly staff and ensure policy and procedures are implemented. Maintain consistent, efficient service during peak hours. Follow principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Prior kitchen supervisor experience, HACCP, training, and inventory management experience is preferred. Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
