Bartender

We are seeking a personable and detail-oriented hospitality professional to join our team restaurant and bar, Franklin on 2 to create a welcoming, memorable experience for every guest. In this role, you will prepare and serve beverages with consistency and care, maintain a clean and organized bar area, and contribute to a positive, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate enjoys engaging with people, works well under pressure, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
• Provide friendly, attentive service to guests at the bar and in surrounding service areas
• Take drink orders accurately and communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy and professionalism
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the bar, tools, and equipment
• Restock supplies, glassware, and ingredients as needed throughout the shift
• Follow all safety, health, and responsible service guidelines
• Support a smooth, efficient service flow during busy periods

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bartending, beverage service, or a similar hospitality role preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and focused
• Basic math skills and accuracy in handling transactions
• Knowledge of common cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and beverage preparation techniques
• Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
