One Family.Purpose Statement: The Sanitation Associate is responsible for controlling all environmental and in-depth equipment cleaning to ensure the safety and quality of our food products.Key Accountabilities and Outcomes:Disassembles and sets up all production equipmentCleans all equipment using COP and CIP systemsVerifies the proper cleaning and set-up of all equipmentPuts away production and sanitation materialsDrives material handling equipmentMonitors/tests chemical concentration of all CIP systemsMaintains CIP Chart RecordersDocuments necessary information on charts and CIP logsTakes inventory of sanitation suppliesUses bioluminescence technology to verify CIP systemsResponsible for performing tasks according to the plant Master Cleaning ScheduleResponsible for basic troubleshooting of all Sanitation equipmentTrains new Associates on required skill sets for Environmental OperationsMaintains work area in a safe and orderly fashion according to GMP and Safety guidelinesOperates Rich's SCADA system and completes appropriate paperworkPerforms any other related miscellaneous duties assigned by Lead personWill be required to train in other areas of the plant as required by the Skillblock program, which may include: Valve and Pump PM programKnowledge, Skills, and Experience:High school diploma or GEDOne year work experience in a manufacturing or industrial environmentGood communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to train other Associates in Sanitation/Environmental operationsAbility to operate as a member of a Self-Directed work teamProficient on Rich's SCADA systemAwareness of and ability to follow Associate Safety guidelinesAwareness of and ability to follow GMP and Food Safety guidelinesProper machine operating and adjusting proceduresAbility to work in and contribute to Production Improvement, Associate Involvement and Temporary Teams, as assignedRich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), are committed to a policy of Equal Employment Opportunity standing up for fairness and maintaining a culture of belonging, to provide an exceptional experience for all.
