Compensation & Benefits :

• Financial Package: $752,000 - $1Mill + wRVU-based incentives with top-tier earning potential
  • Pay and pay ranges are based on 1.0 FTE, and by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $100,000
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000
• Comprehensive Benefits Package: PTO, Sick days, Health, dental, vision, 401k, malpractice and tail coverage

Qualifications :

• Degree: MD or DO
• Certifications: BC or BE in Gastroenterology
• Licensure: Active or ability to obtain MN license
• Skillset: Interest or experience in quality improvement, leadership, and program development
• Sponsorship: J1 or H1 Visa
