If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, AI Solution Architect to join our Insights & Intelligence (I&I) organization.Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI solutions that address business and stakeholder needs, leveraging generative AI, agentic systems, workflow automation, and enterprise AI capabilitiesArchitect, configure, prototype, and refine reusable AI solutions, including agents, prompts, skills, context assets, automations, and tool configurations, with a focus on usability, reliability, scalability, and responsible AI practicesPartner with Research, Editorial, Strategic Enablement, business stakeholders, and technology teams to assess requirements, evaluate technical feasibility, define specifications, and deliver AI-enabled solutions that improve productivity, research quality, and user experienceAssess existing research and business workflows to identify opportunities for AI augmentation and automation, designing human-plus-AI processes that improve efficiency, consistency, quality, and the value of professional effortSupport AI adoption and workforce capability building through demonstrations, workshops, applied learning experiences, playbooks, and reusable resources that strengthen proficiency in AI tools, agents, prompts, and AI-enabled research methodologiesProactively explore and evaluate emerging AI technologies, conducting experiments, proofs of concept, and rapid prototypes to identify innovative use cases, assess business value and technical feasibility, and advance promising solutions toward pilot or scaled implementationEstablish structured approaches for AI solution evaluation, quality, governance, and delivery, measuring accuracy, reliability, usability, adoption, and business outcomes while ensuring appropriate responsible AI, information security, confidentiality, documentation, and human oversightAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications:Minimum five years of recent progressive experience in innovation consulting, AI solution development, technology consulting, business process transformation, solution architecture, digital automation, data analytics, or a related discipline within a complex professional-services, research, technology, or knowledge-intensive environmentBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, computer science, information systems, innovation, data science, business analytics, engineering, technology management, or a related field required; relevant certifications in generative AI, cloud or solution architecture, enterprise AI platforms, data analytics, automation, or comparable technology or process-improvement disciplines preferredDemonstrated experience gathering business requirements, designing and implementing technology-enabled solutions, developing prototypes, improving business workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable operational improvementsHands-on experience applying generative AI, large language models, enterprise AI platforms, prompt and context engineering, workflow automation, or agentic capabilities to practical business use casesExperience with AI solution testing, user enablement, stakeholder engagement, technical documentation, and adoption support required; experience with retrieval-augmented generation, Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), data integrations, agent orchestration, and enterprise AI governance preferredDemonstrate strong AI technical and solution-design expertise, including generative AI, large language models, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, automation, and enterprise AI platforms; apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess business processes, develop scalable AI solutions, evaluate solution quality, and translate emerging technologies into practical business applicationsDemonstrate effective communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders, develop reusable resources, promote responsible AI practices, and support workforce AI adoption and continuous learningApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)KPMG LLP and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
