What You'll Do Provide direct nursing care in an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) setting Administer and document medications according to physician orders Monitor resident health status and communicate changes appropriately Collaborate with physicians, therapists, QIDPs, and interdisciplinary team members Maintain accurate documentation within electronic health record systems Complete medication counts and monitor medication inventory Provide clinical guidance and support to Direct Support Professionals and Medication Technicians Participate in care planning and resident advocacy Respond appropriately to medical emergencies and resident needs Promote resident dignity, independence, and overall well-being Qualifications Required Active North Carolina LPN License Strong communication and documentation skills Experience with electronic health records Valid North Carolina Driver's License Preferred CPR/BLS Certification (Adult & Pediatric) New graduates, nurses transitioning from other healthcare settings, and experienced nurses seeking a more relationship-centered environment are encouraged to apply.
