Managing the day-to-day delivery of assigned accounts, the remote Paid Search Manager will translate client goals into paid search channel plans, oversee campaign management, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with client objectives. Key responsibilities Translate client goals into paid search channel plans, including budgets, targeting approaches, and testing roadmaps Lead campaign management by setting weekly priorities and ensuring alignment with KPIs using platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Ads Deliver performance analysis and reporting, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations for clients Required qualifications 4+ years of relevant paid search experience Hands-on experience managing large monthly campaign budgets and complex paid search account structures Demonstrated ability to lead account delivery and translate performance data into client-ready insights Experience with Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, and campaign launch processes
