Your responsibilities include utilizing our exclusive platform and leveraging your network to identify and source healthcare candidates, reaching out to prospective candidates to present MLR's opportunities and assess their interest, coordinating appointments between candidates and our recruiters for thorough screening, engaging with leads to nurture their interest and assist throughout their hiring journey, keeping track of leads and maintaining accurate records in our applicant tracking system, and earning commissions based on meetings scheduled, interviews completed, and successful hires from your referrals.

What you bring to the table includes excellent verbal and written communication skills, a proactive and self-driven attitude, a genuine passion for connection, outreach, and assisting individuals in advancing their careers, and the ability to organize and innovate without previous recruiting experience.
