Field CnaThe field Cna is a paraprofessional member of the interdisciplinary group who works under the supervision of a registered nurse and performs various services for a patient as necessary to meet the patient's personal needs and to promote comfort. The field Cna is responsible for observing the patient, reporting these observations and documenting observations and care performed.Key Responsibilities:Provide compassionate care, emotional support, and companionship to patients and familiesAssist with personal care, mobility, and daily living activitiesMonitor, document, and report patient condition and changes to the RNEnsure patient safety and proper use of equipmentMaintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environmentFollow care plans, policies, and participate in training and team activitiesPosition requires outside travel to Orland Park, Tinley Park, Lemont & surrounding areaEducation/Experience:High school diploma or GED.Meets the training requirements of Illinois.Current CNA certification.Requires a valid driver's license and a dependable, properly insured vehicle that complies with state and organizational standards.Benefits:401(k) matchingHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsurancePet InsurancePersonal Time OffHoliday Paid
