Dick Smith Ford is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Parts Counterperson to join our growing Parts Department. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have strong automotive parts knowledge, and take pride in providing outstanding customer service, we'd like to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Assist service technicians by identifying and supplying the correct parts quickly and accurately.
• Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts inquiries and purchases.
• Research parts using manufacturer catalogs and electronic parts systems.
• Process special orders and communicate expected delivery times.
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with stocking incoming shipments.
• Participate in inventory counts and help maintain inventory accuracy.
• Work closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure efficient vehicle repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive parts experience preferred.
• Dealership experience is highly preferred.
• CDK Drive experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of Ford base part numbers and Ford parts cataloging preferred but not required.
• Ford parts experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong computer and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
