Regional Sales Manager

Brendan Vacations is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across the Southeast United States.

As a key ambassador for the brand, you will build trusted relationships with travel advisors, agency owners and industry partners while identifying new opportunities to grow passenger volume and revenue. Using a strategic and consultative sales approach, you will manage your territory, strengthen account performance and connect partners with the travel experiences that best meet their customers' needs.

This is a fully remote, field-based position requiring residency in Florida or Georgia and regular overnight travel.

What You Will Do

• Manage a defined portfolio of accounts, creating tailored strategies to retain, activate and grow each partnership.
• Develop and deliver quarterly territory plans focused on high-value accounts, pipeline growth and revenue opportunities.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs, including revenue growth, passenger volume and cost of acquisition.
• Use Salesforce, reporting tools and partner insights to monitor performance, identify risks and improve conversion.
• Build consultative relationships with agency owners, decision-makers and frontline travel advisors.
• Deliver engaging presentations, training sessions, webinars and sales consultations that support brand growth.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and recommend the right TTC brands based on partner strengths and customer profiles.
• Share market intelligence, test new sales approaches and manage travel, entertainment and marketing budgets with a clear focus on return on investment.

About You

• Have at least three years of experience in B2B or B2B2C sales.
• Have a proven record of managing a sales territory and delivering growth through strategic account planning and pipeline management.
• Confident, consultative sales professional who builds strong and lasting partner relationships.
• Comfortable using CRM and reporting tools, including Salesforce, to analyze performance and guide decisions.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong PowerPoint presentation and Excel data analysis skills.
• Clear communicator, adaptable problem-solver and accountable self-starter who can manage a remote territory effectively.
• Must reside in Florida or Georgia and hold a valid driver's license with access to a personal vehicle.
• You must be able to obtain and maintain a corporate credit card or use a personal card with a minimum $5,000 limit for business expenses.

Desirable Experience

• Experience working within the travel, tourism or hospitality industry.
• Strong destination knowledge of Ireland and Scotland.
• At least 12 months of residency in Ireland or Scotland, or equivalent professional and lived experience.
• Experience engaging travel advisors, agency partners or similar distribution networks.

Travel Requirements

• Up to 60% overnight travel, including international travel as required.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when business needs require.

Salary Description $85,000-90,000 + performance based incentives
