Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,077 per week

Job Overview TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Northfield, New Jersey. This role is a 40-hour-per-week, 8-hour-shift travel position. Responsibilities Evaluate, develop, and execute a plan of care for various patient populations in an acute care setting. Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff (therapy technicians). Bills within the setting following facility guidelines. Understand and comply with PT board rules and state regulations. Interface with medical center personnel and physicians to ensure a team-focused plan of care. Utilize adaptive equipment as appropriate. Modify plans of care based on patient condition. Use medical center computer systems for daily tasks. Provide timely and accurate documentation per state and insurance guidelines. Requirements Minimum 6 months of experience (new graduates encouraged). Preferred candidates have at least 1 year. BLS certification required. State-specific licensure required. Ability to stand and walk for long periods; bend, lean, or stoop without difficulty. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
