Sales Manager

Insight Global is seeking a motivated Audio-Visual Sales Manager to drive sales performance, support deal closures, and ensure accountability within a client's AV sales team. This is a salaried opportunity located in Southern Las Vegas . This role is responsible for managing AV sales numbers, helping the team close deals, and ensuring quotas are consistently met and exceeded. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in AV sales and a passion for leadership, coaching, and empowering less experienced team members. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 3 years of demonstrated success in AV sales with a strong record of exceeding targets. Ability to travel up to 50% as needed.
