Registered Nurse

Provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced emergency environment. Assume responsibility for patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes. Manage multiple patients with varying conditions in a dynamic setting. Demonstrate strong critical thinking and decision-making skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and respond to emergencies. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and procedures. Participate in continuous professional development and training. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols. Engage in effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
