What you'll do Greet and check in guests for express service with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism Communicate service needs, timelines, and updates clearly -- keeping guests informed and at ease throughout the process Coordinate loaner vehicle logistics -- scheduling, check-out, check-in, and condition documentation -- so every transition is seamless for the guest Manage internal inventory movement, ensuring vehicles are tracked, staged, and ready when guests need them Partner with technicians and service management to keep the express lane moving efficiently Identify and present additional service recommendations that protect guest safety and vehicle value Maintain accurate records in the DMS and follow all documentation standards Contribute to a service environment where every guest leaves feeling taken care of -- not just checked off a list What we're looking for Experience in automotive service is a plus -- but it's not the starting point. We can teach the process. We can't teach the mindset. If you're organized, guest-focused, and thrive in a fast-moving environment, you have the foundation to succeed here.
