Restaurant Operations Manager

NeoVista Hospitality is seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to help lead operations, develop high-performing teams, and support the continued growth of our expanding restaurant portfolio. The successful candidate will be a hands‑on operational leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands both Front of House and Back of House operations, and is passionate about developing people while delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role works closely with Executive Chefs, restaurant management, and executive leadership to ensure consistency, accountability, profitability, and operational excellence. What You’ll Do Provide operational leadership across four restaurant concepts Partner with Executive Chefs and BOH leadership to improve execution and efficiency Coach and develop restaurant managers and supervisors Monitor labor costs, productivity, and payroll to meet financial goals Ensure compliance with company standards, health regulations, food safety, and sanitation Resolve guest concerns while creating memorable dining experiences Drive consistency in service standards and operating procedures Assist with openings, staffing, and operational improvements as the company continues to grow Analyze restaurant performance and identify opportunities for increased profitability Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Qualifications 5+ years of progressive restaurant management experience Multi‑unit or high‑volume restaurant leadership experience preferred Strong understanding of both FOH and BOH operations Experience managing labor budgets, scheduling, and payroll Ability to coach, mentor, and hold leaders accountable Financial acumen including P&L management, food cost, labor cost, and inventory controls Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a leader who: Leads by example Builds strong relationships with both FOH and BOH teams Is highly organized and detail‑oriented Can manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality Makes decisions based on data and operational needs Takes ownership and follows through Enjoys mentoring future leaders We Offer Performance bonus opportunity Paid Time Off Opportunity to grow with an expanding hospitality organization We invite you to complete the optional self‑identification questions below used for compliance with government regulations and record‑keeping guidelines.
