Powder Coat Painter
Pay: Competitive Pay (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | 1st Shift | Overtime Available
WFA Staffing is seeking an experienced Powder Coat Painter to join a growing manufacturing team. If you have experience applying high-quality powder coat finishes and take pride in producing quality work, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Prepare metal parts for powder coating by cleaning, masking, and hanging materials.
- Apply powder coating using electrostatic spray equipment.
- Operate curing ovens and monitor proper bake times and temperatures.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform touch-ups and rework as needed.
- Maintain painting equipment and a clean work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and quality guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous powder coating or industrial painting experience preferred.
- Experience operating powder coating equipment.
- Ability to identify coating defects and perform quality inspections.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable and dependable with a positive work ethic.
