What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive dental care for pediatric patients in a startup pediatric program
• Manage up to 20 patients per day, handling standard pediatric dental cases
• Perform preventive, restorative, and emergency dental procedures
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
• Maintain accurate patient records using Open Dental EMR
• Ensure compliance with all safety and healthcare regulations

What You Need

• Valid Dental License in Ohio
• Pediatric Dental certification (preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience in pediatric dentistry or relevant experience

• Experience working in a high-volume pediatric setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to a startup environment
