As their business continues to grow, they are seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to expand market presence and build lasting customer relationships. Backed by a full-service support team, including marketing, inside sales, project management, logistics, installation, and service, this role offers the resources needed to maximize success and drive sales growth.

To thrive/succeed as the Outside Sales Representative, you should have:

• Proven track record in outside sales, preferably within building products, construction, or a related industry.
• 5 years' experience in sales, construction sales a bonus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
• Self-motivated and disciplined with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Your responsibilities as the Outside Sales Representative will include:

• Develop new business by building relationships with builders, architects, designers, and other key decision-makers to generate sales opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, product presentations, estimating, negotiations, and closing new business.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing product expertise, conducting jobsite visits, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout each project.
• Collaborate with inside sales, operations, and installation teams to ensure successful project execution and resolve customer issues.
• Stay engaged with industry trends, competitor activity, and networking opportunities to identify new business and support continued market growth.
