A well-established precision manufacturing company in the Tualatin area is seeking a CNC Machine Operator I to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with machining experience or manufacturing technology training who are looking to build a long-term career in advanced manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to produce quality parts
• Load and unload materials and finished products
• Perform machine setups and basic adjustments
• Utilize calipers, micrometers, and measuring equipment to verify quality
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and manufacturing drawings
• Monitor machine performance and identify tooling or quality issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety and quality standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or related manufacturing training
• Previous machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings
• Experience using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Strong math and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Regular standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
