Academic Tutor and Mentor
City Year
As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year, you will support students’ academic growth and social-emotional development in partner schools. Working on a diverse, collaborative team, you’ll provide small-group and one-on-one tutoring, lead classroom activities, support enrichment and after-school programs, and help create an inclusive, positive school climate. You’ll build strong relationships with students, track their progress, and communicate with teachers. This role offers robust training, leadership development, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while growing your professional skills.
