Logistics Coordinator

Job Description
We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join a Cleveland-area manufacturing team. This role is a great fit for someone with shipping and receiving experience who is detail-oriented, comfortable with ERP systems, and understands the importance of accurate shipping documentation and on-time delivery.
\n \nWhat you’ll do:
\n- \n
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including preparing bills of lading, packing lists, and commercial invoices. \n
- Schedule and dispatch shipments and maintain accurate shipping records. \n
- Enter shipment information into customer portals and submit advance shipping notices. \n
- Process receiving transactions and assist with inventory and outside-service transactions in SAP. \n
- Maintain freight records, customer pick lists, and shipping documentation. \n
- Support compliance with export requirements and international shipping terms. \n
What we’re looking for:
\n- \n
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. \n
- 2+ years of logistics, shipping and receiving, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. \n
- SAP or other ERP experience strongly preferred. \n
- Experience with shipping documentation and customer portals. \n
- Familiarity with international shipping, export requirements, and Incoterms is a plus. \n
