Staff UX Product Designer

Salary: $150,000 - 190,000 per year Requirements:

• We need 7+ years of product design experience, including substantial work on cross-functional teams
• Were looking for a strong history of delivering exceptional design solutions for complex products with a customer-first mindset
• We require a portfolio that demonstrates expertise in interaction design, visual design, and information architecture, along with experience in user research, journey mapping, and persona development
• We expect deep familiarity with modern design tools and workflows, including Figma and other design and research platforms
• We need experience working with and contributing to design systems in a collaborative setting
• We value excellent communication and storytelling skills, including the ability to present and champion design decisions across the organization
• Were seeking strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
• We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced, outcome-focused environment and is passionate about advancing design quality and innovation
• Experience in futures trading, financial markets, or investment platforms is a strong plus

• We will rely on you to lead design for a product area, improving both new and existing customer experiences
• You will own the full design process and shape customer-centered solutions for both new and experienced users
• We expect you to partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to create innovative solutions that serve user and business needs
• You will maintain a high bar for design quality across the ecosystem, including visual design, interaction design, and usability
• You will help drive product-led growth by creating intuitive experiences that support adoption, engagement, and satisfaction
• You will contribute to the evolution of our Design System so it can scale with the platform
• You will mentor fellow designers and help build a culture of collaboration, innovation, and design excellence
• You will participate in and lead design critiques, product conversations, and pair-design sessions to shape direction together
• You will clearly communicate complex design ideas to internal stakeholders and senior leadership
