About This RoleWho We Are:CAE Vision: Our vision is to be the worldwide partner of choice in defense and security, civil aviation, and healthcare by revolutionizing our customers' training and critical operations with digitally immersive solutions to elevate safety, efficiency and readiness.CAE Defense & Security Mission: CAE's Defense and Security business unit focuses on helping prepare military customers to develop and maintain the highest levels of mission readiness.CAE Values: Empowerment, Innovation, Excellence, Integrity, and OneCAE make us who we are and we strive to make a difference in the world while helping each other succeed.What We Have to Offer:Comprehensive and competitive benefits package and flexibility that promotes work-life balanceA work environment where all employees are valued, respected and safeFreedom to succeed by enabling team members to deliver, take initiatives and make decisionsRecognition, professional development, advancement, and having fun!SummaryProvides program-specific and general support to Program Managers.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssists the program team in the preparation and conduct of internal program meetingsAssists the program team in the preparation and conduct of external program meetingsPrepares monthly program management review slides; schedules monthly PMR reviewsManages the update and submission of program monthly status reportsTracks monthly metrics and statusAssists the Program Manager in maintaining program EVM metrics (CPI and SPI), updating program phases, ETC reviews, etc.Coordinates and tracks program shipmentsProvides status reporting of program manufacturing, development, integration, and testing tasks (as required)Assists the Program Manager in maintaining the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)Supports development of proposals to include BOEs, IMS, Review Slides, etc.Tracks monthly customer delivery metrics (per PO line-item dates); track and manage PO updates to align with contractual schedule changesOther duties as assignedQualifications and Education RequirementsBachelor's degree in business, operations management, or in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and related experiencePMI certification desiredMinimum 2+ years of experience in project oversight, analysis and/or administrationProficiency in Microsoft Office Products: Windows, Word, Excel, Project and Power PointGood verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsAble to handle multiple tasks concurrentlyAttention to detail and follow through is imperativeMust be detail oriented and highly organizedAttentiveness to deadlines and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environmentSecurity ResponsibilitiesMust comply with all company security and data protection / usage policies and procedures. Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials, in any form. Shall not divulge any information, or afford access, to other employees not having a need-to-know. Shall not divulge information outside company without management approval.
