Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire the gift shop team to deliver exceptional customer service. Curate and maintain an appealing and well-organized product display. Manage inventory, reordering, and pricing to ensure optimal stock levels. Implement effective visual merchandising strategies to maximize sales. Collaborate with management to plan promotions, events, and marketing strategies. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and ensure prompt issue resolution. Qualifications Proven experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory role. Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team. Customer-focused attitude with a keen eye for detail. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed. High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus. Passion for creating a warm and welcoming shopping environment.
