Description: The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care in the operating room. The role involves assisting with surgical procedures and ensuring a sterile environment. The RN will collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient outcomes. The position requires strong clinical skills and the ability to swiftly respond to any changes in patient conditions. Maintaining communication with the surgical team and supporting patients' needs before, during, and after procedures is essential. Compliance with safety regulations and protocols is mandatory in this role. Candidates must possess strong teamwork and interpersonal skills to effectively work with diverse groups.
