Position: Retail Salesperson (Aura reading and Aromatherapy)

Auratherapy is redefining the way people experience scent, wellness, and self-discovery.

Through proprietary Aura Readings, personalized scent experiences, aromatherapy, chakra balancing, breath, and intention, we help guests discover products, services, and daily rituals that support confidence, focus, calm, balance, and personal transformation.

Our Wynwood Miami Studio combines personalized wellness services, experiential retail, education, and community into one immersive guest experience.

As Auratherapy continues to grow, we're building a team that will help define the next generation of the Auratherapy guest experience.

We're looking for people who love connecting with others, are curious about wellness, enjoy learning, and want to help build something meaningful.

You don't need experience performing Aura Readings—we'll teach you our proprietary Auratherapist™ methodology. What matters most is your ability to build trust, create memorable experiences, and confidently guide guests toward products, services, and rituals that genuinely improve their well-being.

Employment: Part-Time (Approximately 32 hours per week, 3–4 days per week)

Non Negotiables: Must be able to work Saturday and Sundays.

Compensation: $21 per hour, based on experience

Reports To: Studio Manager

Training Provided: Paid Auratherapist™ Certification

Your Role

As a Wellness Experience Specialist, you'll create memorable guest experiences by combining hospitality, personalized service, consultative selling, and wellness education.

After completing Auratherapist™ Certification, you'll conduct Aura Readings, guide guests through personalized scent consultations, recommend products and wellness rituals, and help guests discover solutions that support their individual goals.

Working closely with the Studio Manager and Lead Wellness Experience Specialist, you'll help create an inspiring studio environment while building lasting guest relationships that encourage repeat visits and referrals.

Primary Responsibilities

You'll help create exceptional guest experiences by:

-Welcoming every guest with warmth, professionalism, and hospitality.

-Conducting personalized Aura Readings after certification.

-Guiding guests through personalized scent consultations and wellness recommendations.

-Recommending products, services, and rituals based on each guest's individual needs.

-Supporting appointment bookings and guest follow-up.

-Building long-term guest relationships through exceptional service.

-Maintaining beautiful merchandising and studio presentation.

-Restocking products, maintaining testers, and supporting inventory organization.

-Learning and following point-of-sale procedures and CRM documentation.

-Supporting opening or closing procedures when assigned and trained.

-Participating in community events, brand activations, and wellness experiences.

-Working collaboratively with the Studio Manager, Lead Wellness Experience Specialist, and fellow Auratherapists.
