Project Manager (Back Fill) Austin, TX (Remote till Covid)(Any Visa)Note: Candidate must be a resident of Texas or should be willing to relocate before the start of the projectCandidate Skills and QualificationsMinimum Requirements: Candidates that do not meet or exceed the minimum stated requirements (skills/experience) may not be chosen for this opportunity.Skilled in managing multiple projects with experience with implementations across large organizations to include developing and managing project plans and documenting risks, issues, and contingency plans; ensuring resolution of issues and removal of project barriersAbility to research, gather, assemble, correlate and analyze facts; to devise solutions to problems; and to prepare concise reports and/or to analyze and solve complex and difficult problems and prioritize information and issues.Skilled in effectively mapping business processes and identifying process improvements and skilled in planning and facilitating meetings and group problem solvingExperience overseeing the development of SDLC artifacts, ensure business requirements get translated into technical specifications, guide, and facilitate the SDLC processExperience developing and maintaining strong relationships with multiple project sponsors and stakeholders. Must possess strong communication and presentation skills and strong teamwork skills.Ability to appropriately summarize and escalate issues and develop and present weekly status updates (written and verbal) and conduct regular project team status meetings.
