Salary range: $48.36 - $63.95 per hour

How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Deliver professional nursing care in the operative setting to patients undergoing cardiovascular surgical or other invasive procedures, including fulfilling all on-call requirements.

• Perform scrub functions and handle instruments and supplies used during complex cardiovascular surgical procedures.

• Perform circulating functions including monitoring, recording, and communicating patient condition while managing overall nursing care during cardiovascular procedures.

• Assist operating physicians and anesthesia providers with accessing and maintaining lines and intubation during cardiovascular procedures.

• Prepare cardiovascular operating rooms, surgical instruments, and equipment for use.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• One or more of the following required:
  • Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
