Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery, jigs, tools, and related equipment according to established maintenance plans and technical standards
• Conduct routine, periodic, and special inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs and help prevent equipment breakdowns
• Test, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, disassemble, and reassemble industrial machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems using schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, layouts, specifications, and technical instructions
• Work with PLC, CNC, automated gantry systems, and associated industrial equipment
• Use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment to complete maintenance assignments
• Move, position, and rig heavy equipment according to established procedures and safety requirements
• Obtain and deliver materials, parts, and equipment required to support plant maintenance and repairs
• Enter, maintain, and retrieve maintenance information using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Order parts required to complete assigned maintenance activities
• Maintain accurate documentation, including maintenance plans, work orders, job cards, and technical records
• Follow applicable safety, quality, Foreign Object Debris (FOD), clean-as-you-go, and OSHA requirements
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate technical or complex issues effectively to appropriate stakeholders
• Work any assigned shift and overtime as required to support operational needs

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience
• High School Diploma/GED
• Technical degree or vocational school training in equipment maintenance or a related discipline
• English
