Prestige Dental Centers is looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our Colorado Springs team.

Pay, Schedule & Benefits

• $55–$65 per hour target earnings through base pay + production bonus

• $5,000 sign-on bonus

• 4 to 4.5 day per week schedule; Weekdays only!

Our hygienists are an important part of prevention, periodontal health, patient education, and helping people feel confident moving forward with treatment.

You'll work alongside an experienced clinical team in a comprehensive practice providing family dentistry, restorative care, implants, Invisalign, periodontal treatment, laser gum therapy, and more.

What You'll Do

• Provide preventive and periodontal hygiene care

• Complete periodontal assessments and charting

• Perform prophylaxis and scaling and root planing as appropriate

• Take diagnostic dental x-rays

• Educate patients about periodontal health, home care, and prevention

• Discuss the connection between oral health and overall health

• Build lasting patient relationships

• Use modern technology, including Overjet, to support patient education

• Collaborate closely with doctors and the clinical team

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

What We're Looking For

• Active Colorado Dental Hygienist license, or eligibility for licensure

• CPR/BLS certification

• Strong clinical hygiene skills

• Excellent patient communication

• Team-oriented and dependable

• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care

• Comfortable learning and using modern dental technology

• Experience with Open Dental, Dentrix, or similar software is helpful

New graduates are welcome. Mentorship and professional development are available to help you build confidence and continue growing clinically.
