Job Description

The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai affiliated with NYC Health + Hospitals/Elmhurst is seeking a full time Allergist to join as faculty.

We are looking for a highly motivated physician interested in working with an urban, ethnically diverse, underserved population in a dynamic and supportive academic setting. The hospital is easily accessible by public transportation and car from all areas of New York City, New Jersey and Long Island.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree

• Fellowship in Allergy/Immunology

• Board certified in Otolaryngology

• Valid New York State License, DEA and Medicaid number

• Strong interest in research and clinical operations as there are a variety of opportunities for program development and advancement

• Strong clinical abilities, teaching experience and excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Prior experience with academic medical centers and/or public health systems is preferred

Compensation:

We offer a faculty appointment with the Icahn School of Medical at Mount Sinai commensurate with credentials, experience and qualifications. Compensation starts at $250,000 and will include faculty practice distributions throughout the academic year. We offer comprehensive health benefits and generous PTO, including vacation, sick time and holidays.

Compensation range from 250K to 250K (not including bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits).
