Job Opportunity: Speech Language Pathologist
Our organization is in search of a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist who is passionate about delivering exceptional assessment and therapeutic services to adult and elderly patients within our Healthcare & Medical Services division. In this position, you will:
- Conduct evaluations of speech, language, cognitive abilities, and swallowing functions.
- Create personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Implement evidence-based interventions in various settings, including skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, and home health environments.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document patient progress and treatment plans in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
