Our senior living community is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary department. This is more than a restaurant job—it’s an opportunity to create memorable dining experiences for residents who call our community home.

What You’ll Do

· Lead and inspire the culinary team in preparing exceptional, restaurant-quality meals.

· Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, sanitation, and safety.

· Manage food and labor costs while maintaining budget goals.

· Recruit, train, coach, and develop kitchen staff.

· Collaborate with leadership, nursing, and life enrichment teams to accommodate resident preferences, and community events.

· Oversee inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships.

· Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal food safety regulations.

What We’re Looking For

· Proven leadership experience as an Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Culinary Director.

· Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, country clubs, or upscale dining preferred.

· Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

· Passion for creating outstanding dining experiences.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while leading by example.
