BENEFITS: 10 paid holidays per year 2 weeks of paid time off per year, the current year is pro-rated based on start date Access to the company’s medical insurance, including dental and vision Eligibility for life insurance and disability coverage for short or long-term disabilities or long- term care needs 401 (k) eligibility with employer contribution annually Reimbursement for relocation expenses up to a certain amount on a case-by-case basis Yearly bonus based on company performance Visa sponsorship JOB DESCRIPTION/TYPICAL TASK BREAKDOWN: Provide daily technical support of production including troubleshooting, root cause identification, corrective action implementation and documentation follow up of Assembly area -or- In Process Validation (IPV) areas with automated testing, fluid fill, and AC charging equipment Support enhancements and improvements to process, tooling and equipment DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides technical support for Assembly issues related to process and tooling or equipment Documents, Implements and improves standard work Balances workload across production bays to enable meeting production target Collaborates with Quality, Operations, Maintenance, Safety and Engineering on solutions EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Years of experience: 0-2 years Degree requirement: Bachelor's degree in engineering required REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS: Mechanical engineering fundamentals with ability to read drawings, technical documentation, and equipment specifications. Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes Strong analytical, problem solving, written communication, and cross functional collaboration skills.
