Candidate CVs need to have the month & date on their work experience w/all gaps in employment accounted for.
Chart closure within 72 hours
It is preferred for providers to be ORP (order, referring and prescribing) enrolled in MediCal when submitted. If not, providers need to be willing to enroll or be enrolled during credentialing.
Schedule = 18 PPD, minimum is 18 PPD
Monday-Friday 8-5
A mix of peds/adults
A decision is typically made within 7-14 days
APCs with 3 years of experience in a similar setting
PAs must have a CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate
NPs must have a Furnishing License with Schedule II
An active DEA is needed before the start
Credentialing takes 30-90 days
The following immunizations are required for credentialing (before the start date): Flu Vaccine, TB Status/X-Ray Results (results must be within 90 days before the start date), Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Tdap Immunization (must be within the last 10 years).
HCO & Vendor agree to a 30-day notice for ending all assignments.
