Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Delivering one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to promote personal growth and emotional well-being.
• Establishing therapeutic goals in partnership with clients and regularly monitoring their progress to adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical standards and organizational policies pertaining to client care.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with various mental health issues such as anxiety disorders, depression, stress-related challenges, and trauma recovery. Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A current, valid state license in Texas as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A graduate degree (Master's or Doctoral) in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and compassion in all client interactions.
• Excellent organizational abilities, allowing for effective time management and case documentation.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with experience in delivering teletherapy, familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, and additional training or certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques. Previous work in a clinical setting addressing similar patient populations will also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, dependent on the therapist's caseload and experience level. In addition to a robust salary, we provide:
