Community involvement is very important to us, Chad is a member of the Crawfordsville Chamber of Commerce and supports many local events like Dancing with the Stars. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Chad Budreau - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

COMPENSATION :
Our base salary typically ranges from $28,000 to $32,000 annually. However, this role is commission-based, allowing you to significantly increase your earnings.  In this role, you make your own pay through your efforts and success in sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
