The role supports all product lines—personal, commercial, employee benefits, and other coverages—while you build an entrepreneurial journey with the backing of HUB’s corporate and regional offices. Responsibilities Conduct sales, service, and solicitation of all forms of insurance business Maximize growth and client retention through superior customer service Develop accounts and cross‑sell available products and services Generate and pursue new client opportunities Present services and solutions at prospect meetings Bring new business prospects to closure Retain clients by maintaining solid business‑to‑business relationships Qualifications 3+ years of previous business‑to‑business sales experience Commercial insurance sales experience highly preferred Bachelor’s degree required Experience selling to a specific industry is a plus Required to obtain appropriate state licensing within 90 days of hire Preference given to those with existing insurance licensure and/or industry designations Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines Good listening skills and ability to determine clients’ needs efficiently Benefits 401(k) plan with company match of 50% of the first 6% you contribute Paid parental leave Medical, dental, and vision options Robust wellness program Paid vacation, paid holidays, floating holidays, and more Compensation Base pay range: $60,000 to $250,000 per year, influenced by skills, experience, location, and business line.
