Armory Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Albany is looking for a team-oriented Sales Assistant/Delivery Coordinator to manage vehicle deliveries following our values. This is a position where you are cross trained in all aspects of our business.

You will coordinate with the Sales Department to manage the delivery of vehicles sold each day. You will gain familiarity with all processes and paperwork necessary to complete a vehicle sales transaction.

You will report to the General Sales Manager.

This is an on-site position located in Albany, NY.

What you'll do:

• Explain delivery paperwork to customers
• Answer all questions, including the availability, cost, and benefit of aftermarket products.
• Introduce customers to the services provided by our Service Department
• Review operational features of the vehicle that is being delivered
• Contribute to a positive and encouraging atmosphere
• Deliver/pick-up vehicles for customers and other dealerships
• Prep and park vehicles
• Readiness to help assist customers and fellow associates in the delivery of our products and services.
• Other tasks as assigned
