Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

$1884.96/week - Job Summary: Provides specialized emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment. Delivers high-quality, patient-centered care while effectively managing multiple urgent cases. Responsibilities: Assess patients upon arrival to determine severity of condition and prioritize care accordingly. Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies precisely as prescribed. Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes in condition. Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and safety precautions. Qualifications: State nursing license and current BLS/ACLS certifications. Minimum of 1 year of recent emergency department nursing experience. Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced environments. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
