Salary & Benefits Base Salary: $16.83 per hour Performance Pay: Available annually, prorated based on FTE. 1% for two or more years of full‑time experience and an additional 1% per year up to 5%. 1% of hourly rate for a college degree in a similar field, combined with work‑experience credit up to 5%. Benefits: PTO, holidays, matched retirement through the Arizona State Retirement System, health, life insurance, wellness, professional growth credit. Calendar: 2172 PT (9 months), 194 total work days, 6 paid holidays, 200 total paid days. Core Job Functions Perform a wide variety of clerical work including typing, filing, coding, and preparing reports. Maintain a variety of records and files. Input information into computer systems. Receive and respond to inquiries by telephone or in person. Assist as needed when other staff members are absent. Maintain confidentiality of student and staff member information even after leaving employment or enrollment. Accept responsibility for student well‑being and safety while in employee’s care. Physical Requirements Require physical activities such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, standing, walking, and sitting. Require finger or manual dexterity, repetitive finger motion, speaking, hearing, seeing (with correction), and focusing ability. May involve exposure to travel, odors, dust, poor ventilation, workspace restrictions, and loud noises. May require lifting up to 40 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds frequently.
